- Test Strategy vs. Test Plan

Panel Discussions
- What are benefits of having a test strategy that fit to your business?
- Factors that influence your test strategy, with examples specific to the panelists’ nature of work.
- Possible scope/scale of test strategy.
- Key elements of test strategy and its consideration.
- Examples of question to be addressed as part of test strategy.

The Seminar’s Synopsis:

Each organization has a unique nature, which requires a different strategy to succeed. A strategy is only useful when people know it exists, understand it and know how to apply it. Test strategy is no exception; it should be driven by multi-dimensional factors to suit the true nature of each business.

In this Thailand SPIN's Software Testing event, we have the privilege of hearing from four panelists who have extensive experiences in software testing in four different business models. The distinguished panelists will discuss and share their perspectives on test strategy.

The aim of this panel discussion is to explore key topics in test strategy. These include:
